Ingredients
Patties
- 14 ounces Wagyu ground beef
- pinch Black pepper
- pinch Nutmeg
Toppings
- 4 slices Onion
- 4 slices Tomato
- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Bacon
Sauce
- Finely chopped onion
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Buns
- 4 buns
Instructions
Prepare the Patties
- Combine the 14 ounces Wagyu ground beef with pinch Black pepper and pinch Nutmeg. Mix thoroughly by hand until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and shape each into a patty slightly larger than the hamburger buns.
Cook the Patties and Toppings
- Heat a griddle (or skillet). Cook the patties, 4 slices Onion, 4 slices Bacon, and hamburger buns. If using cheese, place a slice on top of each patty just before they finish cooking to let it melt.
Make the Sauce
- Mix equal parts Ketchup and Mayonnaise with your desired amount of Finely chopped onion
Assemble the Burgers
- Layer the ingredients on the bottom bun in the following order: Lettuce, sauce, patty, bacon, onion,4 slices Tomato, then top with the 4 buns. Serve with fries and pickles if desired.
