
Marinated Yellowtail
Yellowtail, a "lucky" food in Japan, is a shusseuo ("promotion fish") with names that change as it grows. Slice into fillets, marinate with vegetables in Nanban sauce, and enjoy a refreshing dish.
Ingredients
- 2 Yellowtail fillets 180g
- 1/4 Carrot 30g
- 1/4 Onion 30g
- 10 g Ginger
- Flour as needed
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
Marinate Juice
- 6.5 tbs Mentsuyu Japanese noodle Soup base (double strength)
- 6.5 tbs Water
- 4 tbs Vinegar
